Requesting your correspondence in an alternative format
Please let us know if you are impacted by an impairment, disability or health condition, which affects your ability to correspond with us and we will strive to provide you with the same, or similar material, in an alternative format.

Our website has been built with our customers in mind and as such we have included various features to make it accessible to all audiences.
Accessibility features on our website
The following information explains how to make changes to your computer to make it easier to browse our website.
Please note the following instructions may differ depending on your device, the type of browser you have and your operating system.
To enlarge the text size
You can increase the text size by using your browser’s text resize options. Within the browser menu click ‘View’ followed by ‘Text size’.
To change the font
You can change the font, within the browser menu click ‘Tools’ followed by ‘Internet Options’. Click the ‘General’ tab and then click ‘Accessibility’.
To change the text colour and background colour
To change the text and background colour, within the browser menu click ‘Tools’ followed by ‘Internet Options’. Click the ‘General’ tab and click ‘Colours.’ Untick the ‘Use Windows Colours’ box and use the box next to ‘Text’ to select a colour.
To change the background colours, use the box next to ‘Background’ to select a colour.
Select ‘OK’ to confirm your choices.
To change the size of the window to full screen
To view the window in full screen select ‘View’ followed by ‘Full Screen’. Alternatively you can press F11. To revert back, simply press F11.

Colour contrast
We have checked text and background colour combinations to ensure that the contrast is sufficient and we have also ensured that information is not referenced by colour alone.
Heading elements
HTML heading elements (markers) have been integrated into the page to clearly represent the page structure. As such, people who require assistive technologies to view webpages are able to navigate around pages easily.
