Complete an online Income & Expenditure form

If you’re having problems making your monthly payments, we want to try and help. So we can better understand how we might be able to support you, one thing we will often do is ask you to share your Income and Expenditure details with us, to build up an accurate picture of your current financial position.

Whilst you can complete this process by speaking with one of our agents, we have now launched a new secure online form which you may prefer to use. This is provided by Paylink Solutions on behalf of Whistletree, through a system called Embark.

Our form allows you to record details of your income and expenditure and then submit the details securely to us. You can also save your progress and return to your form later, such as to gather some additional information.

If you haven’t used this service before, you’ll need to sign up when you first log in, to create an account. If you have used the service before, you can then log in using your existing username and password.

If you have already spoken with one of our agents and we have asked you to complete an online Income and Expenditure form, please use this link .

You’ve not spoken with us about completing an online form

If you’re having problems making your monthly payments but have not yet been asked by us to complete an online form, you can take the first step and share details of your income and expenditure using this link.

We’ll review the information you provide and contact you to discuss your situation.

Please note - if you’re unable to meet a monthly payment that is due to collect by Direct Debit in the next 10 working days, please contact us as soon as possible.

Information about using our online form

You will find it useful to have your bank statements, pay slips and utility bills to hand to help you to complete the form accurately. If you don’t have all the details needed to complete the form, you can save your progress and return to complete the form as soon as you have the information. But please remember that the sooner you complete the form, the sooner we can review the options available to you.

There are explanatory notes throughout the form but if you have any problems completing it, you can save the information you have entered and call us to speak to someone who can help.

Once you have completed the form, we will review the information you have provided, and we will contact you to discuss what options are available to you based on your income and expenditure. We aim to get back to you within 7 working days of you completing the form.
